Description
Composed of 6 units of 8-core buffered cables SZ stranded around the central strength member, each unit has independent strength member and outer jacket. It is SZ intertwisted cable without binding tape.

Characteristic
□ Each simplex cable contains Kevlar as strength aramid
yarn, high strength, good bending performance, no gel,
easy to be connected and operated on.
□ Each simplex with buffer design, independent strength
member and sheath to prevent damage from environmental and mechanical stress.
□ Outer jacket's colors varies according to the types of
optical fibers (indoor use), black color is recommended for outdoor use, options for other colors available upon request.
□ Number of optical fibers cores 2-24, other numbers available upon request.
□ Options available for PVC、 LSZH or PE outer jacket, which is ultra-violet radiation resistant, water-proof, mildew-proof, environmental stress endurable and with no acidic gas released to corrode switch room equipment.

Characteristics
High strength Kevlar strength member ensures tension-resistance and long-term stability in transmission. It possesses the properties of small outer diameter, lightweight, flame-retardant, easy to strip, low attenuation, physically soft. It allows direct connection between tight-buffered cables without the need to go through patch panel and pigtails. It is suitable for installation and operation and also convenient for maintenance.

Description:

□ The cable core is filled with cable filling compound
□ An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core and further sheathed with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
□ Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the central strength member into a compact and circular cable core.
□ Each loose tube contains secondary coated single or multi-mode fibers (2~6).

Cable construction:
Loose tubes (or some with fillers) stranded around the central strength member to form the cable core, the cable core longitudinally bound by aluminum ployethylene laminate, further bonded to the inner PE sheath, moisture barrier and then corrugated steel tape laminated with polyethylene on both sides, finally sheathed with medium density polyethylene under vacuum condition.
