Shenzhen Youngsun Com Optical Fiber Cable Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. It is a professional, technology-driven enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. Today, the company has become one of Shenzhen’s largest optical cable manufacturers. The company’s factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters and is equipped with a comprehensive, state-of-the-art core system of advanced optical cable production equipment and testing instruments, enabling an annual output of up to 5.7 million fiber-kms. Youngsun continuously innovates and has developed a wide range of optical cables, including both indoor and outdoor cables used in the telecommunications industry. In 2002, the company pioneered the development of low-smoke, halogen-free optical cables, becoming the first domestic manufacturer to produce such cables for indoor use. In response to market demands, the company has also introduced a series of influential products, including FTTH optical cables, OFNP optical cables, 48-core single-tube ribbon soft optical cables, 2- to 144-core modular optical cables, 2- to 288-core mini-type distribution optical cables, field-use optical cables, 2- to 48-core branch optical cables, and 2- to 144-core self-supporting outdoor optical cables. Fiber Optic Splicing and Testing

(1) Fiber optic splicing. The principles to be followed in fiber optic splicing are as follows: When the number of fibers is the same, corresponding fibers of the same color within the same cable bundle should be spliced together; when the number of fibers differs, first splice the fibers with the larger count, then proceed to splice those with the smaller count in sequence. (2) There are three methods for fiber optic splicing: fusion splicing, active connectors, and mechanical connectors. In engineering practice, fusion splicing is predominantly used. This fusion splicing method results in low splice loss, high back reflection loss, and high reliability.

The optical cables of Shenzhen youngsun Fiber Optic Cable Co., Ltd. have obtained the EU CPR certification.

In May 2017, our company was the first to obtain the CPR certification (EU Construction Products Regulation) at the Eca level for LSZH series optical cables. In June 2017, we subsequently completed the certification for optical cables in other series, such as PVC and OFNP.
