The optical cables of Shenzhen Youngsun Fiber Optic Cable Co., Ltd. have obtained the EU CPR certification.
In May 2017, our company obtain the CPR certification (EU Construction Products Regulation) at the Eca level for LSZH series optical cables. In June 2017, we subsequently completed the certification for optical cables in other series, such as PVC and OFNP.
Our company’s product specifications that have obtained CPR certification include: dual-core flat optical cables, 1- to 48-core bundled optical cables, 2- to 384-core mini optical cables, 2- to 48-core branch optical cables, and 2- to 4-core remote extension optical cables.
In the field of optical cables, CPR certification primarily involves assessing and grading the fire-resistance performance of optical cables. After passing the relevant tests, a certification certificate—uniformly recognized and issued by the European Union—is obtained, serving as a pass for optical cables to enter the EU market. In response to this, our company has actively embraced the EU’s policy and successfully obtained CPR certification before the EU’s new CPR regulations became mandatory (July 1, 2017)!
